"As a first-time homebuyer, I needed to shop for homeowners insurance and received the name of this insurance company from my lender. Rebecca was extremely helpful and patient. I wanted to add my sister to the call so that I could have someone else help me make decisions regarding coverages. Rebecca worked around and with my request. During the transaction, we also spoke to Kaitlyn, who was also extremely helpful. She collected information from us while Rebecca finished another call. I really appreciated how they did everything to answer our questions and respect our time. I was able to save 50% on my car insurance and received a very reasonable quote on my homeowners insurance. "Had some questions about upgrading some of my policies and Rebecca handled my request. I have to say that she is very positive and does a great job. She's very personable and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure I have all the information necessary to make good policy changes. She has spoken to me quite a few times over the years and based on her recollection of my preferences she is able to ask the right questions and provide information so that I choose features that will give me coverage that meets my preferences which prove to be compatible with my needs. Whenever she answers the phone, I know that I am getting the best service."

"I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Jahnaya for my auto and renters insurance this year. She was consistently diligent in following up with me and very punctual for our appointment to finalize my policies. What really set her apart from other insurance agents was her willingness to share her screen during the quoting process, allowing me to follow along step-by-step, which made everything so much clearer. Not only did Jahnaya handle my vehicle and renters insurance with great care, but she also introduced me to supplemental health insurance—something I had never heard of before. It’s affordable too, costing just under $10 per month! She thoroughly explained every coverage option with clear examples, ensuring I fully understood all my policies. I’m so glad I switched to this agency. I was able to secure three policies for less than what I was paying before, and we even discussed life insurance for the future.
