"I googled waldorf location office. Called made appt. To be seen in 5 minutes. Did not like previous agent. Poor customer service, not caribg nor friendly. Canc. Policy went to another agent. Major over charging me. L'Nia agreed. Was shocked how much other ins. was charging me. She had state farm policy reinstated with lower rate...It worked out, gave great advice, friendly, awesome, beautiful smile, great listener, knowledgable, Most of all I am very happy and love her.
