"I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Jahnaya for my auto and renters insurance this year. She was consistently diligent in following up with me and very punctual for our appointment to finalize my policies. What really set her apart from other insurance agents was her willingness to share her screen during the quoting process, allowing me to follow along step-by-step, which made everything so much clearer.
Not only did Jahnaya handle my vehicle and renters insurance with great care, but she also introduced me to supplemental health insurance—something I had never heard of before. It’s affordable too, costing just under $10 per month! She thoroughly explained every coverage option with clear examples, ensuring I fully understood all my policies.
I’m so glad I switched to this agency. I was able to secure three policies for less than what I was paying before, and we even discussed life insurance for the future. When I’m ready to move forward with that, Jahnaya will be the first person I call.
